About the Position: Serves as Engineering Technician for the Area Office supporting work which is characterized as being high tech, fast track, Military Construction (MILCON), Civil Works and Interagency and International Services (IIS) programs. Duties

Prepare government cost estimates. Develop cost estimates for construction modifications. Assist with developing scope of work needed for construction changes. Negotiate construction contract modifications. Review contractors proposals. Prepare written narratives of negotiation proceedings.

Requirements

• Required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08) at EOD and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 23 March 2006.
