You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the CENTER FOR NAVAL AVIATION TECHNICAL TRAINING (CNATT).
Duties
You will develop course curriculum or training plans appropriate to the subject matter area.
You will perform technical reviews of program development to determine effectiveness of training programs.
You will prepare training program performance reports for management.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing guidance and instruction in accordance with training and curriculum development policies and procedures; 2) Overseeing and managing curriculum and training administration; 3) Documenting, reporting, and resolving discrepancies in aviation training materials; and 4) Reviewing, developing and revising curricula via approved computer software and processes

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.
- Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.
- Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
