Duties
This position is located in the Enterprise Platforms Branch, Chief Digital, and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Division, Operations Directorate; Headquarters, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).
Manages and coordinates the execution of projects and initiatives within the designated program, ensuring alignment with program objectives and overall organization strategy.
Prepares Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) documentation and project outlines that include preliminary and final layouts.
Applies strategic thinking to integrate enterprise platforms with other systems, applications, and tools promoting data flow and process efficiencies
Collaborates with cross-functional groups to understand system requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and design comprehensive test plans for enterprise platforms, such as CaseWare and ServiceNow.
Applies critical thinking and tailors remediation tasks for effective and efficient problem resolution or changes to enterprise platforms, such as CaseWare and ServiceNow.

Qualifications
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
You must meet the minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, http://www.opm.gov/qualifications/Standards/group-stds/gs-prof.asp.
Specialized Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.Specialized experience is defined as experience acting as a liaison to coordinate, execute, manage, and identify issues of various business enterprise systems (e.g. ServiceNow, CaseWare); Experience developing alternative solutions to various issues and make recommendations; experience in program administration, project planning, system testing and training to execute a business system; experience in analyzing data sources that impact a business systems or an agency operations.
