Duties

This position is located in the Enterprise Platforms (DMIS Replacement), Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Operations Directorate; Headquarters, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Demonstrates knowledge and expertise with DCAA business processes to research and correct user-reported problems with DCAA enterprise platforms (e.g. ServiceNow) and make appropriate recommendations. Participates in the identification of business processes to improvements that align with strategic goals, with respect to evolving enterprise platforms (e.g. ServiceNow). Applies critical thinking and tailors manual and automated tests to ensure quality, functionality, and performance of our enterprise platforms (e.g. ServiceNow). Identify defects, and ensure that processes work as intended. Works with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, user stories, and specifications, and design comprehensive user test plans. Prepares Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) documentation and project outlines that include preliminary and final layouts. Implement change across an entire DCAA organization.

Qualifications

You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement. Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.Specialized experience is defined as experience acting as a liaison to coordinate, execute, manage, and identify issues of various business enterprise systems (e.g. ServiceNow, CaseWare, PowerBI); Experience developing alternative solutions to various issues and making recommendations; Experience performing a wide-range of DCAA audits and leading agency/regional special projects; experience in program administration, project planning, system testing and training to execute a business system; experience in analyzing data sources that impact DCAA operations.
