Duties

This position is located in the Enterprise Platforms Branch, Chief Digital, and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Division, Operations Directorate; Headquarters, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Manages and coordinates the execution of projects and initiatives within the designated program, ensuring alignment with program objectives and overall organization strategy. Prepares Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) documentation and project outlines that include preliminary and final layouts. Applies strategic thinking to integrate enterprise platforms with other systems, applications, and tools promoting data flow and process efficiencies. Collaborates with cross-functional groups to understand system requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and design comprehensive test plans for enterprise platforms, such as CaseWare and ServiceNow. Applies critical thinking and tailors remediation tasks for effective and efficient problem resolution or changes to enterprise platforms, such as CaseWare and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-12 within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized experience is defined as experience acting as a liaison to coordinate, execute, manage, and identify issues of various business enterprise systems (e.g. ServiceNow, CaseWare); Experience developing alternative solutions to various issues and make recommendations; experience in program administration, project planning, system testing and training to execute a business system; experience in analyzing data sources that impact a business systems or an agency operations. Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
