Duties
You will serve as the Security Cooperation (SC) Requirements Liaison in support of the PMW 740 International C4I Integration program office within PEO C4I.
You will serve as the Participating Acquisition Requirements Manager (PARM) for PMW 740 equities in the PEO IWS 4.0 AEGIS Foreign Military Sales (FMS) portfolio.
You will demonstrate knowledge and experience with the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Process, end-to-end FMS Case Management, PARM) coordination and AEGIS Weapon System -- C4I capability Integration.
You will serve as the C4I Capability Requirements Coordinator across the Product PMWs within PEO C4I, and act as the liaison with Project Overmatch (OM).
You will work with directors and case managers within PMW 740 to coordinate PoR C41 requirements across multiple PMW 740 portfolios to prioritize the delivery of capabilities, identify and mitigate risk, and assist the releasability process.
You will work with the NAVWR OM International Liaison to ensure that OM efforts supporting coalition partner interoperability are properly aligned to current FMS cases and coordinate requirements for future FMS cases in support of OM.
You will manage cost, schedule, and performance of assigned Security Cooperation cases.
You will be responsible for the execution of assigned security cooperation cases to include the oversight of contracting, budget planning, requirements definition, product selection, integration, testing, training, production, and installation.
Requirements

- This position requires a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Process, end-to-end FMS Case Management, Participating Acquisition Resource Management (PARM) coordination, AEGIS Weapon System -- C4I capability Integration, and Project Overmatch International requirements sought.
