You will serve as a Human Resource Specialist (Human Resource Development) in the Training Branch of the Human Capital Management Division, Command Operations Department of the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will perform training surveys, studies, and projects required by NAVAIR headquarters to implement or
modify programs or provide input for special assignments.
You will develop and conduct effective classroom training based upon needs assessments as provided by various training management system.
You will oversee the daily administrative operations of the Workforce Development Branch including preparing briefings, managing tasks, reviewing format and content of correspondence packages.
You will provide detailed analysis of training requirement.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Providing detailed analysis of training requirement; 2) Developing training schedule for the technical workforce; 3) Developing and conducting effective classroom and career development trainings using various training management system; 4) Overseeing the daily administrative operations of the Workforce Development Branch including preparing briefings, managing tasks, reviewing format and content of correspondence packages; and 5) Demonstrating working knowledge of a wide range of personnel management theories, concepts, principles, laws, rules, regulations, precedents and procedures related to training and development.
