Duties
You will serve as the Inegrated Communications and Data System (ICADS) Payload C APM in support of the PMW 120 Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations program office within PEO C4I.
You will demonstrate experience with PEO C4I systems particularly with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and/or Information Operations-Cryptologic Warfare systems, small, autonomous system operations and handling of classified material.
You will demonstrate program management experience (including procurement/production management and industry oversight) to ensure the program aligns with cost, schedule and performance parameters.
You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities.
You will be responsible for the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget planning and execution of assigned programs.
You are required to have the knowledge of Navy Modernization Process Management and Operations Manual (NMP MOM), NAVWAR 4720 Afloat Installation Process Handbook(AIPH), System Operational Verification Test(SOVT)Execution and Production Guide(SPEG).
You will demonstrate familiarity with tools such as, Naval Information Warfare SYSCOM/PEO Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER), MOD Tracker, PEO C4I Synchronized Fielding Plan (SFP) and C4I Advanced Planning Suite (CAPS).
You will manage all phases of program acquisition life cycle.

- This position requires a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing, overseeing, or leading a team for managing cost, schedule and performance for programs; and oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget planning and execution of assigned programs.
Examples of specialized experience: Experience with PEO C4I systems particularly with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and/or Information Operations-Cryptologic Warfare systems, small, autonomous system operations, handling of classified material, and program management experience (including procurement/production management and industry oversight) to ensure program aligns with cost, schedule and performance parameters.
