This position is located at Departmental Offices, Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (ODEIA), Equity Hub. As a Program Analyst (Project Manager), you will maintain strong relationships with Treasury leaders and program owners, apply knowledge of program management, and conduct data analyses.
Duties

As a Program Analyst (Project Manager), you will:
Manage the documentation of Treasury's policy and program initiatives that can further economic equity objectives.
Be responsible for the development, execution, and sustainment of a variety of agency performance management and improvement practices.
Manage specific research and outreach projects and programs, representing Treasury on interagency working groups, and assisting with the maintenance and improvement of the agency's performance management framework.
Take a lead role in the development of measures that capture the effectiveness of agency programs with respect to DEIA and economic equity/inclusion.
Provide data and recommendations in assessing the state of Treasury programs and policy operations with respect to DEIA.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience:
For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
Monitoring and analyzing the progress of public programs or policies designed to promote more equitable economic opportunities and outcomes; AND
Leading or making significant contributions to analyzing, evaluating, and recommending improvements to agency policies, operational activities, and/or systems; AND
Planning and implementing data analysis projects through their entire lifecycle with a focus on study design and stakeholders needs; AND
Consulting with diverse stakeholders and using analysis tools to design and implement data analyses.
