You will serve as a OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT in the Industrial Hygiene Department Division of NMRTC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will preform clerical administrative duties.
You will prepare documents and reports.
You will receive and answer routine telephone inquires or refers to appropriate staff members.
You will transmit, receive and acknowledge electronic mail and messages.
You will preform system maintenance.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience. Examples of Qualifying Experience:
performing office automation work, including word processing, and variety of clerical functions in support of the organization's mission and functions.

Successfully completed a high school diploma or equivalent diploma program
OR
Combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
