Qualifications
All qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the announcement closing date.
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications and/or education for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the private sector assessing and mitigating IT privacy risks in new and existing operations; implementing and maintaining privacy related policies, procedures, controls, and data collection.
Examples include: providing analytical and operational support for Privacy Office integration and implementation of privacy program controls; compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines and standards.
In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirements described above, your IT experience will be evaluated and expected to include experience in the following competencies:

Time-In-Grade Requirement: In order to be eligible for this position, all current Federal employees must provide proof of meeting the time-in-grade requirement (i.e., at least 52 weeks of experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service). This information must be in both your resume and on an SF-50. Those who do not provide proof of having met the time-in-grade requirement will be deemed ineligible for this position.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
