Incumbent will perform basic and routine tasks in support of a professional, technical, or specialized occupation under the general direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced employee. Assists the division manager, branch managers, and other employees in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

QualificationsTO QUALIFY AT THE FV-E (FG/GS-7/8) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-D (FG/GS-3-6) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes: experience gathering and compiling available data and information for aspects of a program and reports findings to a higher level employee; monitoring and reviewing established administrative procedures and program operations and assisting in the preparation of memoranda, reports and charts; using word processing, spreadsheet and database software to prepare documents and to enter, revise, manipulate, sort, calculate, store and retrieve data.TO QUALIFY AT THE FV-F (FG/GS-9/10) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-E (FG/GS-7/8) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes: experience in preparing and managing correspondence, compiling, tracking, and analyzing information for a wide variety of programs, entering and tracking budget expenditures, purchases and inventory, establishing, organizing, and managing files; providing advanced computer assistance; scheduling meetings; managing time and attendance; providing explanations of organizational policies; coordinating the implementation of new office policies and systems; maintaining calendars and performing travel administration.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.
