Duties
You will serve as a Lead Personnel Management Advisor responsible for providing expert advisory and consultative services regarding staffing, classification, recruitment, and pay to the assigned NIWC Atlantic Human Resources Office staff.
You will be responsible for originating solutions and/or developing appropriate interventions for management on staffing, recruitment and pay issues and concerns.
You will lead or serve as a team member on special projects or comprehensive studies to examine a spectrum of recruitment and/or staffing problems or issues across the command.
You will be the primary workload facilitator, monitoring metrics and work of less senior PMAs and Human Resources Technicians to ensure consistent and accurate processes and work-flow.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying comprehensive knowledge of HR recruitment, staffing, pay and classification principles, concepts, practices, methods and techniques as required to modify and/or develop recruitment and staffing program changes.
