You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Code 56001 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will analyze and evaluates existing administrative operational and support processes and procedures within the organization to reduce the burden of administrative requirements on managers, supervisors and others.
You will advise organizational leadership on the potential benefits/uses of automation (HUB/JIRA/FS) to improve the efficiency of administrative support in the organization.
You will develop, design, coordinate, order and deliver multiple ongoing space repurposing efforts.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assist with analyzing and evaluating existing administrative operational and support processes and procedures within the organization to reduce the burden of administrative requirements on managers, supervisors and others.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
