Duties
Serving as a IT Program Manager (SYSADMIN/NETWORK) GS-2210-13 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. This position is located in the in the Enterprise IT Services Division, under the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Directorate in Glynco, Georgia.
The primary purpose of this position is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and support for IT across FLETC. ITS services include the FLETC IT Service Desk (ITSD), hardware and software acquisition and support, Microsoft 365 solution delivery, and implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices. ITS serves as a conduit to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters, coordinating and managing environments hosted by DHS, including Microsoft 365, DHS Mobility, and FLETC.gov.

Specialized Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government, performing duties such as demonstrating experience in defining and implementing hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures.
