This position serves as a Training Infrastructure Support Specialist in the Aircraft Certification Service (AIR). The incumbent performs multiple, varying, and complex elearning and training infrastructure assignments under minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional

Duties

Provides guidance and advice to management, AIR employees, training contractors, and team members as it relates to training enrollments and requirements. Contributes to the development/revision of AIR national training policies and procedures, including Quality Management System documents.

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)

Qualifications

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H/FG-12 grade level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes:Experience using eLearning management systems and software to conduct training enrollments, run reports, log completions, and conduct data integrity. Experience conducting studies of processes, operations, administrative and/or management services to evaluate program effectiveness and to recommend improvements to processes.Experience planning, leading, and supporting the delivery of blended and instructor-led training delivery on virtual synchronous platforms.Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
