You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (MAXIMO) in the PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORATE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. COLA is subject to change without notice.

Duties

You will develops and maintains an annual calendar of events, including fiscal year startup and close- out functions and ensures the plan is followed throughout the year. You will analyze performance and identifies trends in performance of Maximo to trouble shoot errors to determine the root causes and possible solutions. You will provide guidance for making changes as a result of reorganizations, expansions/reductions, changes to mission, financial regulations or program objectives. You will develop and/or evaluates process improvement initiatives to increase productivity or quality, reduce costs and set goals. You will develop training materials and conducts train-the- trainer or direct user training as needed to implement new procedures or periodically refresh training in existing procedures. You will function as the command’s leading Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Maximo and represent the command at various conferences, ad hoc or standing committees. You will perform analysis, tracks trends and makes recommendations for future improvements.

  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases. You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing the elimination of data gaps and inaccuracies in incomplete or broken records; develop and maintain annual calendar, analyze performance and system trends to identify errors, determine root cause and possible solutions; prepare and present briefings; perform budget analysis; develop, set and monitor performance metrics. .
