You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FSC PRODUCT LINE COORDINATOR in the FACILITY MANAGEMENT FACILITY SERVICES DIVISION of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 12.25% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.

Duties

You will direct the development and implementation of detailed work plans and schedules for the production of workload. You will prioritize and assign work to subordinates taking into consideration the difficulty of work and the capabilities of subordinates. You will prepare cost estimates considering alternative design concepts, changes in resources, and variable schedule requirements to support planning, programming and budget requirements. You will manage resources to meet established schedules, requirements, and quality. You will assess employee work performance to determine if they are meeting established performance objectives and identify developmental and training needs as needed. You will review work methods and procedures for improvement to eliminate bottlenecks and barriers to productivity.

  • This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
  • May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.
  • You will be required to sign the Statement of Understanding for Overseas Employment acknowledging receipt and understanding of the statement of living and working conditions for this location.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing planning, establishing, directing, and managing Facilities Management and Facilities Services (FSC) program.
