The primary purpose of the position is to perform building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties. Incumbent utilizes journeyman knowledge and skills in several trades and crafts. Duties

Performs building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties. Constructs, alters, modifies or repairs a wide range of features in buildings and other facilities. Installs, modifies, and repairs new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems and equipment. Replaces lavatories and sinks, replaces pumps and water meters. Safely operates a wide variety of maintenance vehicles.
