This position is located under the Office of Public and Governmental Affairs, Digital Media Division, Print Media Branch in Washington, District of Columbia.

Qualifications

To qualify for 13, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12. Additional Conditions of Employment: GS-13 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: assisting in the management of a printing and distribution program and technically complex printing projects; and analyzing and estimating the cost of preparation and production of printing projects; and managing forms, documents and publications and storage, distribution and shipment of print material; and assisting in conducting reviews to determine usage factors and efficiency; and assisting with design and changes to improve operations. Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume.
