As a Senior Policy Analyst you will help ensure the agency effectively and efficiently identifies and manages risks to the agency's institutional integrity, specifically in connection with its relationships with counterparties.

Duties

- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive process for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and limiting risks to the agency. - Responsible for coordinating the agency's integrity (Know Your Customer) risk management processes and procedures. - Develop and promote development and appropriate implementation of an integrity framework, including policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of integrity in the agency's development finance activities. - Develops relevant criteria and assists the Chief Risk Officer, Vice Presidents, the Vice President & General Counsel, and Compliance Counsel in maintaining consistency in the analysis of integrity due diligent KYC results across the agency's pipeline and portfolio. - Serves as the operational lead for the coordination and execution of anti-corruption activities and organizational safeguards against corruption, ensuring the formulation and controlling the implementation of major agency policies, activities, and objectives remain consistent with integrity and anti-corruption safeguards and that such safeguards are practical and effective in support of the agency's mission. - Identifies and advocates for resources needed to implement the program and is expected to help review and design process and work-flow improvements to ensure effective and efficient implementation. - Coordinates with and serves as a senior policy advisor to the leadership of the agency. Qualifications

Status candidates must meet time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade level). Applicants must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements no later than the closing date of this announcement. TIME-IN-GRADE: Current career or career-conditional employees of the Federal government, or former career or career-conditional employees, who have a break in service of less than one year, are required to meet the time-in-grade restriction of one year of Federal experience at the next lower grade, with few exceptions outlined in 5 CFR 300.603(b). You may qualify at the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirements: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability in all of the following: 1. Experience conducting open-source business intelligence research, analyzing results, and preparing written summaries of findings. 2. Experience conducting compliance operations, which includes client interactions, customer service, work-flow design and information systems, and governance protocols. 3. Experience resolving organizational conflicts. 4. Experience applying international legal and policy frameworks related to control of money laundering, corruption, terrorist financing, and economic sanctions. 5. Experience analyzing and creating risk management policies and procedures. Note: Education is not substitutional at this grade level. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
