The Office of Innovation and Workforce Solutions (HIT), Accelerating Innovation (AI) Programs team has two Program Manager positions. The positions will support the Accelerating Market Readiness (AMR) or State Transportation Innovation Council (STIC) programs, while collaborating on the other programs and initiatives associated with the AI team. The positions support stakeholder engagement and innovation deployment, and include data analyses, procurement, and contract/agreement administration.

Qualifications

For the GS-13: On Experience, you must have at least one year of experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which included:
Experience applying program management principles and practices including coordinating and evaluating components of an agency wide program; AND
Experience interpreting policies, procedures, and regulations; developing materials for reports, briefings and meetings; and communicating program strategies, goals, objectives and priorities.
For the GS-14: On Experience, you must have at least one year of experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, which included:
Experience leading and/or conducting strategic and/or operational planning and management of activities related to the conception, development, creation, and/or implementation of a technology transfer and/or innovation deployment program; AND
Experience applying program management principles and practices including coordinating and evaluating components of an agency wide program; AND
Experience interpreting and presenting policies, procedures, and regulations; developing materials for reports, briefings and meetings; and communicating program strategies, goals, objectives and priorities.
You cannot qualify based on education, you must meet the specialized experience cited above for each grade.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
