Duties
You will serve as the Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) Assistant Program Manager (APM) in support of the PMW 770 Undersea Integration program office within PEO C4I.
You will lead a large, geographically-dispersed team of Engineering Design Agent, Capability Based In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), Procurement and Production Team and Cyber SMEs in an IPT construct.
You will be responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and performance of more than $45M per year for the Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR).
You will be responsible for managing install requirements across all submarine classes to include new construction, providing support to operational platforms, identifying issues and developing corrective solutions, and increasing cyber readiness.
You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities.
You will manage all phases of program acquisition life cycle to include definition, development, design, integration, test and evaluation, acquisition and contracts strategies.
You will manage all phases of contract management, cost estimation, scheduling, production, installation, training, operational support, sustainment, modernization, and disposal
You will manage leadership of multiple integrated product teams or serve as integrated product team lead for IPT that crosses multiple program offices or multiple programs of record within the program office
You will manage stakeholder relations for Navy and Department of Defense organizations.
You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- The salary range shown above represent all of the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions. Based on the Tier 4 responsibilities, the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS 14 Step 10 (currently $171,452)

- This position requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 or equivalent grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading a very large, geographically-dispersed team of Engineering Design Agent, Capability Based In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), Procurement and Production Team and Cyber SMEs in an IPT construct to manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance of more than $45M per year for the Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR). Experience with managing installation requirements across all submarine classes to include new construction, providing support to operational platforms, identifying issues and developing corrective solutions, and increasing cyber readiness. Coordination with the Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD), Fleet Installation Organizations (FIO), NAVWAR 4.0/5.0, Planning Yards, Various NAVSEA organizations, and TYCOMs/Fleet will be important to execute efforts along with familiarity with the NC3 strategic deterrent mission and associated security requirements.
