Located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Administrative Resource Center, Managing Director, Service Delivery, Division of Procurement Services. As an Agency Purchase Card Coordinator, you will coordinate the efforts of Agency Purchase Card Specialists engaged in accomplishing assigned programs (e.g., Government Purchase and Fleet Card Program).
Duties
As an Agency Purchase Card Coordinator, you will:
Determine compliance with regulations and adequacy in meeting Fiscal Service's needs with the Government Purchase and Fleet Card Programs.
Develop standards and techniques to evaluate the efficiency or effectiveness of agency programs; focus on improving customer experience to help meet their mission.
Research and investigate new or improved business practices for the Purchase and Fleet Card Programs. Plan and conduct studies and projects to evaluate and recommend methods and procedures to improve the productivity of agency programs and operations (such as new audit/reporting tools).
Serve as the FS Lead APC by supporting Agency Program Specialists by providing functional technical support to users of bank provider's electronic access system that processes e-statement transactions that interface as an invoice into the Oracle Financial System.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes experience gathering and analyzing data in support of the Charge Card Programs from a variety of sources such as the General Services Administration, bank provider, Department of Treasury, Office of Management and Budget, etc. Such experience could include:
- Writing and preparing reports to monitor, extract and analyze data to determine if the information is in compliance with regulations.; OR
- Running and analyzing reports to determine spending, volume, spending patterns; OR
- Completing and/or approving annual charge card audits.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
