Duties
Serves as Chief of the Command Support Office.
Directs and supervises approximately six (6) technical/clerical positions.
Responsible for performance of DLA Distribution workforce planning, alignment, and position management and coordination of the implementation of short-term and long-range plans related to these programs.
Supervises liaison activities between DLA Distribution, DLA Human Resources Services and other pertinent offices at DLA HQ concerning all human resource-related issues/requirements.
Oversees the Command's honorary and monetary awards programs, DoD Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP), Health of the Command Program, Telework, Enterprise Organizational Alignment Board, and Recruitment Program.
Oversees the Government Travel Charge Card, Defense Travel System, Employee Activity Guide for Labor Entry, Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS), USA Staffing/On-boarding and other Administrative programs as directed by Command.
Ensures planning initiatives are carried out effectively by identifying constraints and resources and ensuring they are balanced to achieve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes:
Reviews and evaluates results of program accomplishments in light of established objectives and policies.
Ensures planning initiatives are carried out effectively by identifying constraints and resources and ensuring they are balanced to achieve organizational effectiveness.
Recommending changes to existing regulations/policies/organizational structures.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
