As a Supervisory Project Manager, you will exercise broad responsibility in managing the Project Management Delivery Division.  Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Project Management Division We are currently filling ONE vacancy in any of the following locations: Newark, NJ; Brooklyn, NY; New York, NY; Syracuse NY; or Hato Rey, PR.  Additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Specialized experience is experience planning, directing, and managing one or more of the following complex design and construction projects for an organization: major renovation and/or modernization; repair and alteration; construction contracting; lease purchase and/or site purchase; property disposals; utilization; and/or real estate development. Applicant must demonstrate experience working with internal and external stakeholders to identify strategic objectives, goals and plans for capital or major complex real estate projects.
