As a Real Property Officer, you will serve as a Service Center Director, with responsibility for all property management operations outside of Manhattan and oversee five field office managers and subordinates.
Location of position: Public Buildings Service, EbM Service CenterWe are currently filling ONE vacancy in any of the following locations:Newark, NJ; Albany, NY; Brooklyn, NY; Buffalo, NY; Central Islip, NY; Syracuse NY; or Hato Rey, PR.
Additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable

The GS-15 salary range starts at $136,908 per year. Locality pay will be determined based on duty location.To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience applying real property management principles related to building operations and management, asset and financial management of real property, and construction management. Such experience must reflect experience evaluating and analyzing complex real property projects which required consideration of agency policy, and program goals and objectives.
