THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TITLE 5 MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MI 191 MOF), Position Description Number T5645000 and is part of the MI 127 Wing, National Guard. This is a Temporary Indefinite vacancy for an appointment of 2 years. Agency has the option to extend this appointment up to a maximum of 4 years. If a permanent employee is accepted for this indefinite position, there will be a change in tenure from permanent to indefinite.

Duties

This position is located in an ANG Flying Wing in the Maintenance Analysis section of the Maintenance Operations Flight. The primary purpose of this position is to provide information and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when and where questions. 1. Retrieve and analyze maintenance data, present results to management. 2. Controls, manages and maintains the Maintenance Information System(s) (MIS). 3. Conducts Special Studies to assess Health of the Unit Readiness (HUR). 4. Analyzes performance data to determine manpower, equipment, and facilities maintenance capabilities. 5.
