You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Spectrum Warfare Department, Mission Planning & Off-Board Mission Systems, Advanced Targeting Systems Engineering & Training of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will be responsible for analytical oversight of the various product lines within the Digital Precision Strike Suite (DPSS).
You will conduct analysis of milestone management in support of Program Management Reviews (PMR) and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).
You will be responsible for analyzing cost, schedule, and performance of software development cycle with deliverables.
You will ensure timely and accurate project execution by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Communicating with stakeholders to define project objectives and plans; 2) Working knowledge of agile software development processes and development tools such as: Confluence, Jira, and others; 3) Managing risk and developing risk management plans; 4) Supporting advanced analysis operations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project; 5) Working knowledge of macro scripting using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
