Duties

Plans and performs management and productivity improvement studies and projects to solve installation management problems and to improve the allocation and use of installation resources. Researches, collects, analyzes and verifies data relative to organization, functions, methods, staffing, facilities, equipment, layout, workflow, workload, man-hours. Prepares written reports, facilitates and briefs study reports for ensure the command group has all pertinent facts prior to approval decision. Serves as an action officer to support quality and continuous improvement projects. Designs, plans and develops customer feedback criteria, procedures, and instruments.
