About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst responsible for providing professional support to other program analysts within the Business Operations and Integration Division as a member of the Business Support Branch. Incumbent will have responsibility for various Business Support Branch (work management) programs and sub programs.

Duties

Serve as point of contact for the Installation Status Report-Infrastructure (ISR-I) program and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Credit Card Program. Perform internal management support services in the area of program cost monitoring, annual fiscal planning, development of annual work plan(s). Prepare inspection packages, review inspection comments for accuracy, and perform analysis of data entered into the ISR-I website. Serve as organizations Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Training Coordinator. Assist senior analysts with monitoring program performance by using GFEBS, and prepare a variety of program status reports to ensure management is aware of existing or potential problems.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with budget input; and utilizing automated financial management systems to input, extract, and compile information to analyze program performance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Accounting, Financial Management. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementBudget AdministrationComputer Skills Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
