This position is located in the House Office Buildings, Asst. Superintendent Facility Operations Division, Mechanical Systems Branch, Mechanical Systems Section. The incumbent assists the supervisor by leading subordinate staff including Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanics, Pipefitters, and Maintenance Workers and Helpers.

Duties

The tour of duty hours will be Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6:30am (3rd shift).

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT:Ability to supervise a diverse workforce of skilled workers in mechanical trade occupations specifically, overseeing operations, maintenance and repair of mechanical, plumbing, utility, HVAC, hydronic heating, steam generating equipment and building automation systems.
