Duties
You will be responsible for the management of the production management shop queue to ensure that all items are tagged and identified IAW with procedures and are arranged by like item and condition code.
You will be responsible for the communication with other Production Shop Planners and Supervisors to ensure the continuous flow of production.
You will be responsible for elevating current production problems and predicting future problems and provide alternatives for resolution.
You will be responsible for the research required to provide input for cost estimates.
You will be responsible for conducting material usage research for forecasting, cost estimating, and job cost analysis.
You will perform the necessary research on new parts and WIP utilizing technical manuals, Fedlogs, PARRS, blueprints, drawings. etc.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- Normal vision is required be able to read and interpret blue prints and drawings to determine material requirements.
- You must have attained journeyman level status as a Electrical Equipment Repairer or the equivalent in order to identify parts.
- You must be willing and able to lift and/or carry loads/items up to 75 pounds in weight.
