Duties
As a/an Supervisory Enforcement Analyst, you will:
Carry out personnel and project management responsibilities for staff of financial and enforcement analysts.
Provide performance oversight, compliance assurance, and technical assistance to Enforcement Center staff working on referrals under the jurisdiction of the Enforcement Center.
Provide quality control for remote/on-site reviews and surveys of HUD participant operations to determine compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Review staff performance trends that indicate a particular problem area and develops appropriate strategies in response.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: To be qualified for this position at the GS-14 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. This experience is defined as:
- Experience generating alternative solutions and ideas, providing advice, recommendations, or enforcement strategies; AND
- Experience leading analysts and/or contractors who evaluate troubled properties for HUD programs; AND
- Experience conducting research, analysis and interpretation of financial statements; AND
- Experience researching, analyzing, and tracking information from databases / systems to develop or inform reports for policy makers or senior leadership.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
