This position is located in the Office of Career & Leadership Development (AHD), which delivers human capital development solutions that power individual and organizational success across FAA. The incumbent will collaborate within a team to scope, design, develop, deliver and evaluate short courses and workshops to build high-performing teams and core and leadership competencies for internal FAA customers upon request.

Qualifications

FV-HCandidates must have one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (FV-G or FG/GS-11) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:Experience identifying customer needs and requirements and identifying the right solutions to meet them.Experience creating and delivering effective short courses and workshops under time constraints.You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
