As Realty Support Specialist, you'll provide work that involves technical, leasing, database, & administrative work in support of Real Estate Acquisition Division (READ) program needs.
Location of position: GSA, San Diego, CA; Sacramento, CA; Los Angeles, CA OR Phoenix, AZ.
We're currently filling 1 vacancy, additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
The Real Estate Acquisition Division develops lease acquisition solutions that support GSA's mission to provide world class workspaces.
Duties
Provide support assisting with lease contract actions, managing the out lease program, handling Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs), management of data within systems, and overseeing the Space release and Lease termination programs.

The GS-11 salary range starts at $78,307.00 per year for San Diego, CA.
The GS-11 salary range starts at $80,015.00 per year for Los Angeles, CA.
The GS-11 salary range starts at $76,106.00 per year for Sacramento, CA.
The GS-11 salary range starts at $72,037.00 per year for Phoenix, AZ.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is reviewing the full range of realty and financial program information for accuracy and completeness. Reviewing financial and real estate reports, documents, and contracts. Gather, analyze, and report financial and real estate data providing recommendations for improvements.
OR
Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or a LL.M., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of a Realty Support Specialist.
OR
Possess a combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
