You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Special Assistant Program Manager fr command Oversight and Internal Audit Programs of NAVY-MARINE CORPS PUB HLTH CEN.
Duties
You will perform investigations, inspections, reviews audits and analyses of the commands operations.
You will develop procedures to assist managers in assessing their infrastructures to ensure internal controls are adequate to achieve objectives.
You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies in the areas of Financial and compliance, economy and efficiency and programs results.
You will provide program oversight for admirative inspections for Headquarters and field activities.
You will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies.
You will continually review, and updates programs outcomes and documentation to ensure programs requirements are being achieved.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR THE GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience. Examples of Qualifying Experience:
Experience managing and coordinating all aspects of the organization's total manpower management program to include civilian and military;
Experience managing and coordinating strategic workforce planning, and organizational design and efficiencies;
Experience analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations;
Experience developing life cycle cost analyses of projects, performing cost benefit and economic evaluations of current or projected programs;
Experience researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations;
Experience providing management with new information and predictive advice concerning various alternative courses of action in resolving exceedingly complex problems.
FOR THE GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience. Examples of Qualifying Experience
Experience coordinating strategic workforce planning, and organizational design and efficiencies;
Experience analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations; developing life cycle cost analyses of projects,
Experience performing cost benefit and economic evaluations of current or projected programs;
Experience researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations;
Experience interpreting policy to evaluate its possible impact on organizational missions and to develop plans to satisfy requirements.
