Duties
You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including work planning, assignments, training, discipline and leave.
You will ensure victims are receiving direct and indirect services to receive guidance and emotional support during administrative, medical, investigative, and legal procedures.
You will interview and recommend subordinate individuals for hiring, promotion and reassignment.
You will develop performance standards and evaluates work performance of subordinates.
You will encourage employee support and participation in management programs such as, wellness, safety, cost reduction, and beneficial suggestions.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- In accordance with DoDI 6495.03: Must be able to obtain and maintain D-SAACP certification.
- In accordance with DoDI 6495.03 investigation requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Catch a Serial Offender (CATCH) Program,
Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database (DSAID).
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program, managing prevention initiatives, guiding victim advocates, and ensuring system accountability for comprehensive sexual assault awareness, prevention, response, training, and victim care.

Degree that included at least 24 semester hours of course work in the behavioral or social sciences.
