As a Community Business Center Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client agency personnel in facilities under the jurisdiction and control of GSA. Position Location: Public Buildings Service, Mountain Plains Branch of the Rocky Mountain Service Center. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Specialized experience is experience that demonstrates a thorough understanding and application of building management principles, concepts and practices gained by serving as the primary interface between internal and external stakeholders for all facilities management activities for large office buildings. These activities must include conducting meetings, conferences, and inspections for complex repair and alteration projects; identifying and resolving potential problems with construction designs and specifications; oversight of buildings operations and maintenance; and communicating both orally and in writing with high level officials concerning sensitive and high visibility issues regarding building operations and customer concerns.
