You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the Communications Division (Code 552) of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will be in-charge of the Organizational Improvement. Employee will execute strategies for discovering and implementing improvement within the organization, including leading an IPT.
You will be expected to review and leverage the Division wide and individual Branch Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Organizational Assessment Survey (OAS) results and to perform an analysis of the results.
You will work with the Contracting Support Managers to track the execution of the Contracts and Task Orders, proactively engaging to prevent gaps of support.
You will supervise the Administrative Assistants, Procurement Specialists, COR Support Managers (CSMs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and IT Staff.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assist in providing support to the Division by working with the Contracting Support Managers to track the execution of the Contracts, Task Orders and/or the execution of the Simplified Acquisitions and Credit Card purchases performed by the Procurement Specialists to ensure that procurements are made to support project requirements and timelines.
