This position is with the Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development, Office of Budget Service. The Office of Budget services provides highly technical assistance to functional mangers, subordinate offices and personnel to achieve the optimum productivity, and works to establish tools, standards and factors that measure effective distribution of various resources.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-13, if you possess the specialize experience.Specialized Experience for the GS-13
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-12 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
Experience navigating the Federal budget and appropriations processes to develop budget proposals for one or more programs.
Experience analyzing and making recommendations on policy issues and program management.
Experience analyzing spending plans and monitoring spending to ensure they reflect applicable statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). Knowledge of pertinent federal laws, regulations, policies, guidance and precedents which affect program goals and objectives,
Skill adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure/improve program effectiveness/organizational productivity.
Ability to effectively engage and partner with working groups and teams to collaborate across the organization for the purpose of maximizing effectiveness.
Knowledge of the application of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency/effectiveness of program operations or substantive administrative support functions and organization structures.
