About the Position: This is a Permanent position with the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

Provide training support and oversight of training processes. Monitor teaching methodologies and teaches classes in the Health IT Training program. Provide staff development to upgrade instructional skills of all instructors. Develop or approve program innovations, to include new program methods, instruction, approaches, and procedures. Supervise the preparation and conduct of lectures and lab exercises directed towards clinical situations.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.

• Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
• This position may include shift work (evenings, weekends, holidays).
