Duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response to optimize business results and customer experience to:
Supervise assigned personnel, accountable for the effective and efficient execution of appropriated funds, and the appropriate care and use of government resources.
Lead, manage, and execute activities related to the different aspects of the emergency management cycle underlying ESF-8 medical support activities within the 10 HHS regions preparedness, prevention, mitigation, response, recovery.
Assist ASPR Leadership in developing plans and organize the implementation of the overall strategies, specific operational activities, and collaborative efforts to assure appropriate implementation of the different aspects of the ESF-8 mission, such as technical or surge support of SLTT partners, incident management team support, or requests by other Federal agencies.
Prepare, coordinate and oversee the preparation and distribution of reports in determining the need for written policies and procedures, overseeing the development of procedural documents, and reviewing and recommending approval upon completion.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing at least three (3) of the following:
Providing advice and recommendations to key agency officials on policies and procedures that concern conflict of interest statues and regulations, ethics program policies, and other ethics related matters.
Administering and managing an organizational ethics program.
Reviewing and evaluating financial interest reports.
Reviewing information and developing analytical reports with recommendations.
