About the Position: The selectee for this position serves as a Plan Formulation Program Manager in the Baltimore Planning Division of the US Army Engineering District.
Duties
Develop plans of study for civil works projects.
Prepare technical documents describing problems, alternatives evaluation, and recommendations.
Brief superiors, public, government agencies and others on study progress, coastal policy, or technical matters.
Conduct quality control reviews, mentor, and provide assistance to study teams and project and study managers

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Experience leading project teams; (2) Experience briefing regulations and plan formulation policy to the public and other agencies; (3) Experience serving as quality control reviewer, mentor, and District expert in Plan Formulation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
