As a Supervisory Project Management Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact responsible for overall project management of multiple projects including planning, design, budgeting, and construction of new buildings, complexes, and/or leases and the renovation, repair, and alterations of existing ones.
Location of position: Real Estate Acquisition Division, San Francisco, CA

The GS-13 salary range in San Francisco, CA starts at $121,873.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as leading project teams and utilizing project management practices and tools to simultaneously manage multiple complex and high-risk construction and/or repair and alteration projects in a real estate environment.
This experience must include:
Managing multiple complex projects (balancing scope/quality, schedule, budget and risk) requiring the services of multiple disciplines (i.e. construction, design, IT, telecommunication, interior furnishings, etc.);
Interpreting multi-level customer needs and developing them into actionable requirements;
Developing, managing and balancing project plans, budgets, and schedules, including assessing risk and developing appropriate mitigation strategies;
Applying procurement knowledge and experience to support team members in achieving project goals;
Negotiating sound real estate solutions with customers and stakeholders;
Incorporating conflict management strategies to ensure continued engagement of team members and resolution of issues;
Leading teams to ensure project strategies comport with organizational goals and objectives.
