This position is located in the Division of Administration, Corporate Services Branch, Enterprise Information & Records Management Section, Information Services Unit of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and supports a vendor-operated contact center and information dissemination.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g. Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional qualifications information can be found here.
To qualify at the grade CG-11: Applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 9 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience monitoring and supporting public information systems; and identifying root problems and trends with an organization’s distribution management and contact center functions. Or
To qualify based on education, applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Or
Applicants may qualify based on a combination of education and experience.
To qualify at the grade CG-12: Applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 11 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience monitoring and supporting public information systems; providing guidance on the enhancement of an organization’s distribution management and contact center functions; and developing and implementing business process improvements by analyzing the needs of an organization.
