You will serve as a Visual Information Specialist in the Command Visual Information Division (CVI) of NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as a senior consultant to the CVI Division Head and support visual information efforts and long-range strategies.
You will perform a full range of work involved in communicating information though visual means, including design and display of such visual materials as photographs, illustrations, charts, models used in books, magazines, exhibits, etc.
You will manage and direct activities of graphic design and imaging functions including presentation, publications, electronic presentations, annual reports, brochures and technical briefing material that require professional creative assistance.
You will direct engineering, installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and operation of specialized equipment.
You will work with NEVSEA, Program Executive Office (PEOs), field offices and other organizational to plan and develop visual information.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-02) or grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ???????Developing and managing visual communication products (e.g. templates, posters, booth displays, brochures, publications and/or prints) in visual information systems for a public affairs program. Examples of qualifying experience may include planning the preparation and use of photographs, illustrations, drawings, and other art work, charts, diagrams, dioramas, maps, slides, overlays, and other kinds of visual material for use in communicating information through visual means.
