Duties
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Division of the Code 81000 staff.
You will serve as the Division Head and is responsible for oversight and technical direction of all the programs under execution by the Total force Management Division.
You will plan, direct, manage, coordinate and be responsible for the division’s total program effort.
You will exercise civilian leadership principles in carrying out assigned supervisory duties, including performance management, actively supporting EEO Programs, complying with regulations in various applicable areas.
You will direct the development of data, provide expertise and insights, secure technical and legal opinions, prepare position
papers, and execute comparable activities, which support development of goals and objectives.
You will develop and administer innovation human resources programs tailored to the requirements of complex modernization
organizations with diverse work forces that encompass a wide variety of occupations and grade levels.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Develop business operations policies for approval by the Director for the command.
