Duties

Serve in the DCSA Chief Strategy Office to: - Act as change management analyst, managing agency transformation projects aligned to the DCSA strategic plan. - Plan and execute a variety of change management initiatives to support DCSA programs and operations to address change management gaps/requirements and improve operational effectiveness. - Engage with a variety of stakeholders to promote and discuss change management planning and implementation, change management measures formulation, data collection, target-setting, and reporting practices. - Identify, recommend, document, and implement guidance, processes, and procedures to support organizational and process changes across the agency. - Review and analyze data for key performance measures and change management objectives in support of strategic goal implementation. - Develop communication strategies and communication materials to support organizational change management outcomes. Fort Meade, MD All U.S. Citizens who reside or currently employed in the Fort Meade local commuting area, which includes the District of Columbia and Baltimore City; Maryland counties of Anne Arundel, Prince George, Montgomery, Howard, Harford, Charles, Calvert, Carroll, Frederick and Baltimore; Adams County in Pennsylvania; Virginia counties of Arlington and Fairfax and all cities existing in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania within the geographic area bounded by the outer boundaries of the combined areas of the aforementioned counties. Washington, DC All U.S. Citizens who reside or currently employed in the Washington, DC local commuting area, which includes the entire area within the boundaries of Washington, DC; the Maryland counties of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Carroll, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, St. Mary's, and Washington; and the city of Baltimore and all cities in the geographic area bounded by the outer boundaries of the combined areas of the counties listed above; the Virginia counties of Albemarle, Arlington, Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Greene, King George, Loudoun, Madison, Orange, Prince William, Spotsylvania, and Stafford; and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, and all cities existing in the geographic area bounded by the outer boundaries of the combined areas of these listed Virginia counties; Adams County in Pennsylvania; Morgan, Berkeley, and Jefferson counties in West Virginia.

Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
