About the Position: This is a position with the 99th Readiness Division, Office Management Branch, Regional Personnel Support Center located at Fort Dix, New Jersey.
Duties
Manage human resource programs.
Coordinate and conduct personnel training.
Supervise subordinates within the department.
Develop and implement civilian and military personnel policies and plans.
Provide advisory assistance to Headquarters on civilian/military personnel matters.
Advise employees on resolution of human resources management issues.
Prepare and present briefings, reports and correspondence.
Review and edit job descriptions of employees within the organization.
Resolve complaints/grievances from staff within the organization.
Provide counseling and resolve issues for subordinate employees.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing policies or researching and analyzing regulations related to military human resources; providing training; monitoring or directing military personnel functions; building teams and developing subordinate staff. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
